Our concert season is from roughly September 8 to the end of May each year. We are an active not-for-profit 85 voice choir, with a board that runs all of our daily business. Our artistic director and conductor is Ian Sadler. We rehearse each Monday evening at 7:30 at Central United Church in Stratford Ontario.

If you'd like to join the choir, please call Mr. Sadler at 519-273-9292 to arrange an audition. He will meet you just before one of our Monday evening rehearsals and lead you through an informal audition.

We perform lots of challenging repertoire, like the Brahms German Requiem, but there is lots of allowance for new choristers to take some years to sing their way into the choir. Many of us sang at quarter volume for some time before building the confidence to help lead our section.

We do have a pretty busy season. Besides the 5 regular concerts, we often perform out of town for a couple of concerts, and sing with one of the great orchestras in the area, like the Stratford Symphony. Occasionally, we travel to parts of Canada in the summer. Our director leads choristers on fantastic trips to cathedrals in Britain and beyond each summer.
